Neural Network Therapy

neuralnetworks

In 1997 Kim Sargent developed Neural Network Therapy (NNT) as an alternative to traditional talk therapy. With the intention of creating a more “doing” approach, this modality is based in neuroscience and the ways in which our brains respond to our environments and experiences. Focusing on our neural networks (in other words our habits) it helps us to understand how we can ultimately create healthy changes by re-wiring our neural pathways.

How does The Good Method co. use Neural Network Therapy? After several years of organizing people’s homes I found that the “clutter” & “stuff” we are all struggling with is far more internalized than we may realize. By applying Neural Network Therapy, I hope to help my clients overcome not just the physical clutter, but the mental and emotional struggle that comes along with it.

Client’s are now able to book sessions to help strengthen their mental health using the NNT approach. As well as an option called “The Whole Home”, which combines NNT and home organizing.
