About

I’m Jennifer

My brain can’t function in mess, clutter or disorder.

& I know that I function better as a mom, partner, person & business owner when my home feels less chaotic and peaceful to return to.

As a mother of twins and someone who’s been diagnosed with ADHD. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to manage a busy household, a career, and your own  mental health. I’ve lived it. And I’ve seen how much better our physical spaces can either  support or sabotage our emotional well being.

The connection between mental health and clutter is powerful. A clutter home can lead to  decision fatigue, anxiety, and low motivation, while an organized and efficient home can  create space for calm, focus and confidence.

Through The Good Method co., I help individuals and families not just declutter their  homes, but rewire their thought patterns-      so they can build lasting systems that support their emotional health and daily lives.

My goal is simple: to help people feel more capable, more at peace, and more connected-to themselves and to their spaces.

In 2024 I enrolled in

Neural Network Therapy (NNT) (Trent University )

Canadian Family Health Counselling.

Earning my Emotional Health Practitioner certificate.

With this new modality I am excited to offer my clients NNT in conjunction with finding solutions to alleviate organizational struggles.

Today you will find me in London, Ontario,  juggling life with my twin girls and labradoodle Ruth.
